FS#1616 - [xenocara-mkfontscale] Fix package post-transaction script

I’ve attached two script files below to show how the differences.

This issue needs to replace all $dir with $d because $dir resulted in an empty output, and Xenocara/X11 couldn’t handle reloading fonts, causing some apps like twm to break. find has also been simplified.

After Hyperbola built some packages and removed others from its repository under recent commits eleven days ago, the new script finally works because it regenerates fonts.dir in every sub-directory of the system fonts directory; Xenocara/X11 will happen.
