Could you try only using ALSA instead of sndio? So it is possible to test that part. Perhaps there are some problems with the sound-server.
Issue is not possible to be researched and resolved further if there is no feedback and possible retests also. There are several possible scenarios, which could be the reasoning for the error and crash. Could you please upgrade the test-system including xenocara and do another test-run? Thank you!
