after upgrade there are errors that shall not be there. I cannot know why.

Seems like a permission error on the folder that is conflicting with the filesystem package.
Since several radical changes have been done to folder permissions during the FHS transition, this issue should now be fixed. If not please feel free to re-open with updated pacman log.
