Add Hyperbola branding to HyperTask such as HyperWiki and HyperForum for prolixity reasons.

There are moderation forums for specific languages, but there’s no subforum which involves all of them. I was thinking of a “Moderation discussion” or “General Moderation”, so we are not too specific if a moderator wants to discuss sth. that involves all languages.

I suggest we add this PunBB extension to the Hyperforum

It looks simple, easy to implement and effective.

Add a wiki page explaining how to deblob kernel patches.

Add “libreboot Installation” page with “Full-Disk Encryption”, use Libreboot wiki as reference page[0]

After talking to Emulatorman, we think this would be a nice feature to add to our Hyperwiki to be able to subscribe to the original page in English to help tracking changing to the translated pages.
This implies to add the email notifications to the dokuwiki system

Not very harmful, but the 25 (for the moment) banned users are counted in the number of users in the forum:
On the bottom of every pages, we can read “Total number of registered users: 75”, which is not really true.
I was thinking that it could confuse anyone which wanted to know how large approximately is our community.

• “Beginners Guide” needs to point to en:guide:beginners

• “Installation Guide” needs to point to en:guide:installation

• “Migration from other distros” should point to en:migration, a page I wrote especially for redirecting to each sub-pages (ATM this is a draft)

well it refused to accept the answer. I tried reloading... still nothing.

I tried again and again to get it to work, still nothing.

In essence, I can now no longer post on the forums... ugh.

It’s enough to make me want to tear my hair out.

Captcha sometimes can be so obnoxius I think it may even be evil.

Sorry for the obvious rant, this just really gets on my nerves. I doubt other people don’t feel the same.

This problem did not occur last time I sent emails to a hyperbola.info account (December 2019).
It does not happen with any other destination email server. My guess is that something isn’t properly configured in your server.
If you conclude that this is a riseup.net problem, let me know and I’ll open a bug report with them.

Change the hypernavbar.css from the Linkhyperweb to stay white the forum name and not the Home as currently displayed.

We’ve received a large number of bots registering lately, and once they find you they tend to multiply. We should block the bad ones quickly to avoid spam flooding.

There are several options available, but most seem outdated.

- Stop Forum Spam works very well, but may also block legitimate users, and the PunBB plugin seems to be corrupt for the latest version

- JS/Captchas, work OK, annoying for users, no updated plugins.

- Basic Question Captchas, not too invasive, blocks majority of bots for a season. Possibly outdated.
