Description: As sndio has its own problems I’d propose to reactivate ALSA for all UXP-applications.

Iosevka wins a poll about most beautiful fonts on reddit (/r/linux). This font is very similar than Droid Sans (Official Google Font) with many advantages:

1 - Has 5 types modes (lightest, light, normal, bold, super bold)
2 - Condensed and big sizes (perfect for visual impairments users)
3 - Very Legible on i3-wm, Sway, Conky bar
4 - OTF license (Freedom license)

Iosevka is already on AUR, but create a official package prevent bug or proprietary third parties apps (Yaourt, etc) be installed by beginners Hyperbola users.

The OpenRC services should be added to runlevels through installing process instead be forced each time when openrc package is upgraded, because some sysadmins need customize them and are useful for Xen environments.

this package is under gpl3. It is the most reasonable chess game because it can be easy or hard depending on your preference.

Please replace by avideo, preferably by a release which receives updates so that it can still function within kodi (the non-LTS version).

Replace by LTS version of avideo to follow Hyperbola Packaging Guidelines.

The aarch64-linux-gnu-linux-api-headers from [community] is compiled using the blobbed Linux kernel sources[0], and in Parabola it has been replaced with aarch64-linux-gnu-linux-libre-api-headers[1].
This issue is exactly the same as linux-api-headers, so it should be blacklisted and replaced using the Linux-libre source.

The aarch64-linux-gnu-linux-api-headers package from [community] compiles using the blobbed Linux kernel source[0], at Parabola it has been replaced with aarch64-linux-gnu-linux-libre-api-headers[1], since this issue is exactly the same as with linux-api-headers.

The solution is to simply compile using Linux-libre sources.

Warsow contains a library called steamlib which is built from the source. It’s useful only for Steam support which is nonfree software.

Uses that require explicit approval

And I propose to change “Linux system” to “GNU/Linux system”.

xmind when installed is showing that “this version is not licensed”, so that cannot be right. Even though there is GPL license on Github, that vague information in the software can and is wrongly understood:

Further it is asking for license key to get the “Pro” version.

Thus xmind is pointing to proprietary software.

That means xmind shall be removed from Hyperbola immediately as such as it is now cannot be in the fully free GNU distribution.

Please repackage or replace with free software which provides similar functionality such as MacroFusion (which is available in the AUR).

When running QtEmu for the first time and running the new machine wizard, the software lists non-free operating systems and refers to GNU/Linux as Linux.

It would be nice to list LibertyBSD in the list of distros in this software in addition to GNU/Linux and GNU/Hurd (which are listed in aqemu).

In the latest version fixes several issues and font improvements[1], but unfortunately there is a major problem contained five three non-libre/free typefaces in the source code.

• Apple II (1977): a licence forbids to sell and modify. Already removed
• Commodore PET (1977): a licence forbids to sell and modify. Already removed
• Atari 400/800 (1979): in the latest version, there is a vague term “freeware”[2] in documentation, but forbids to sell and modify.
• Commercial 64 (1982): a licence forbids to sell. Already removed
• Monaco (modern): proprietary from Apple.

A Syriac typeface family series of Beth Mardutho’s Meltho is considered as non-libre/free because a licence forbids to modify[1], and should be removed immediately.

pip allows the user to search and install packages from the PyPi repository, which contains proprietary software.

Steps to reproduce:

Please remove as plugin is only useful with Skype hosted by a single company on a single server as far as I can tell (unlike pidgin-sipe).

Contains many other (old and dead) non-FSDG distro and software archive and repo FTP sites, and must remove carefully.

The man-pages project is permitted to distribute them and Andries Brouwer assumes that re-distribution by vendors is permitted as well. However, modification is definitively not allowed, hence this contribution by The Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers and The Open Group render the entire man-pages package nonfree. The way to solve it is remove all nonfree POSIX manual pages from man-pages package.
