Tuxcards is seemingly published under some GPL license, on the splash screen I did not see which one.

The splash screen claims it is Donationware, which is bringing confusion.

So either the splash screen shall be removed, as it is donationware, or author contacted, or package removed as it is unclear if it is free software or donationware. Free software can be sold, and if it is sold, then such software shall not ask for donations again in my opinion.

I have tried all combinations, but despite “noauto” specified in /etc/fstab all devices get mounted at boot.

Who can help me, not to mount a device during boot?

I opened up (and customised) the menu box, but edit and zoom control button icons are gone missing, except in toolbars.

Also, what about developer button (wrench icon)?

Description: As mentioned in Bug #18, our VLC plugin was not maintained in some time and the deprecated addon was removed. However, upstream is actively working on the plugin as per: https://code.videolan.org/videolan/npapi-vlc/tree/master

We should build this from source and re-package.

Description:

Since the latest update of openrc, I am under the impression that the scripts in /etc/local.d are not executed anymore upon boot or shutdown. rc.log shows nothing though.

Steps to reproduce:

Write a dummy script which says hello in /etc/local.d, make it executable and see that it is discarded.

/etc/ssl/certs/java/cacerts has 0 entries, resulting in ssl handshake errors in java applications.

Neither iceweasel-uxp, nor icedove nor hexchat, nor vlc show up as being sandboxed in sandbox list.

I also check and see that firejail isn’t running also.

I think it might be wise to upgrade firetools. and also to make sure hardened packages such as icedove-hardened/iceweasel-uxp-hardened work properly.

This should be considered a high level priority due to firetools being a security application. Wouldn’t you say?

Please, replace avideo-lts with youtube-dl. avideo-lts haven’t seen any updates for almost a year and is probably abandoned. Also Stallman confirmed youtube-dl doesn’t execute any non-free JavaScript, so its inclusion doesn’t go against Social Contract.

The package appears in parabola’s pcr repository. I modified the AUR PKGBUILD to compile the last stable version (and the installation works fine). Please add this package to the official repos.
