Reason for closing:  Fixed
Additional comments about closing:

Fixed with update and rebuild of package.

This error only occurs in the testing branch, that is to say in the Mirror Testing.

We need not to forget to add extra/libfdk-aac package in testing for Milky Way v0.4.1

libfdk-acc was detected as nonfree. This issue was already solved by Tobias, it is necessary to building the packages

Package gst-plugins-bad got a rebuild and update. Issue is now closed for being resolved!
