Do you ask yourself ‘why is my Epson printer offline’ even when it is turned on? If yes then you are in the right place as we are here to provide you a solution that will fix this issue.
If your printer is linked with an Ethernet cable then ensure that the cable is attached to the router and the printer in a proper manner. If you require an IP address then you can print a network configuration page.
If you are using a USB cable then you should check if it is loose or not. If you think that there is a problem with the USB cable then you can also connect it directly as an alternative to using a hub.
If it is a wireless connection then use the network configuration page to get the IP address and ensure that the printer and the system are both connected to one wifi connection.
