FS#1417 - [rsyslog] wrong reference to /usr/bin/rsyslog in /etc/logrotate.d/rsyslog

In `/etc/logrotate.d/rsyslog`, line 5:

/usr/bin/killall -HUP /usr/bin/rsyslogd

should now read as follows:

/usr/bin/killall -HUP /usr/sbin/rsyslogd
